Keiliss - have said before, even if I wasn't her beta, I'd still be following her writing and reading everything. Uh - I read pretty widely so it's hard to name favorites. Not sure if you're familiar with Asolat or Starlingthefool, but they're two good ones as well. Not LoTR, though.

AG. Would you ever kill off a canon character?

Sure, if the story was good. I killed off Erestor once, a long, long time ago, in a 'too-angsty-to-be-believed' kind of way.
