If you want me to interview you, comment. Then I'll interview you and you have to post the answers on you LJ.

1) (lifted from Zhie by way of Athos and Min - too good to leave off) It was a dark and stormy night. You hear a knock on the door. You open it, to find a thoroughly soaked elf who asks if he can stay the night. You say...

Now, ideally, I'd handle this very calmly but with dignity - realistically, I'd say - "Yes, please! let me show you where you can sleep for tonight."

a.) Which elf is it?

Gil-galad - he makes thoroughly soaked look GUH.

2) If PJ had asked you who to cast as Glorfindel in LotR, who would you have suggested? *hides*
Jason Lewis at a push. Though to be honest, I have such a strong picture of him that no one would be exactly perfect. Okay, admitting you have a problem is the first step...

3) Of the stories you've written, which is your favourite and why?

This Shadow - Each time I look at it, I can't believe I wrote it.

4) Name 3 lotr fics you'd rec - links optional but appreciated

I'd rec to anyone:

In the Bleak Midwinter by Maggie Honeybite

Misfits by Kharessa Bloodrose

All Our Yesterdays by Keiliss

5) If you could invite three guests to dinner - living, dead, real, fictional - who would they be and why?

Fl'ar from the Dragonriders of Pern books. Because I loved him in the books and it would be so fascinating to talk to him - if his wife could spare him for an evening :|

Susan Cooper - Author of Darkness Rising series - she has a fascinating imagination, I'd love to pick her mind.

God - I have a few questions to ask him.

b) describe the menu

beef tenderloin with a mushroom wine sauce, a nice pilaf, tossed green salad, hot fresh crusty french bread, baby green bean amandine - with chocolate mousse for dessert. :P

Yep, should have known it would be Gil-galad. And yeah, nothing much wrong with a dripping wet High King, is there? I love your choice of dinner guests and menu - so THAT'S why you wanted to know what that dish was called, lol.
